The Harbor Village of Müritz – Real Estate
For over 20 years, new properties have been built in Hafendorf Müritz and the area has continued to be developed. In recent years, a variety of properties have been constructed, ranging from vacation homes of various sizes to vacation apartments and even a penthouse.
Currently, the Marina Müritz Apartments, offering views of Lake Claassee and Lake Müritz, are under construction. The four buildings, comprising a total of 20 vacation apartments, are being built in the western section of the vacation park. Buildings 1 and 2 are currently nearing completion. You have the option to purchase the apartments with lake views directly as part of a furnishing package. On the Marina Müritz Apartments page, you’ll find more information about the various apartments and available options.
Surroundings
The apartments are located in the fully developed vacation park and are surrounded by the largest lake in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (also known as the “Little Sea”), the national park, and Rechlin (Mecklenburg Lake District). Other larger cities such as Röbel, Waren, and Neustrelitz are also within easy reach. Thanks to its location, the development site offers great potential in terms of infrastructure and recreational opportunities.
