Until now, people were mainly familiar with the large houseboats from KUHNLE-TOURS, which can be chartered in the Müritz Harbor Village for a vacation or a weekend. Now there are also small, open recreational boats available for rent by the half-day or full day.
These boats can be rented in the Müritz Harbor Village:
“Even beginners with little or no boating experience can have fun on the water,” says company CEO Harald Kuhnle, who has tailored the rental of these small recreational boats specifically for vacationers already staying in the region. Kuhnle: “From the water, you experience the vacation area from a whole new perspective.” The boats can accommodate two to eight people, along with a picnic basket and swimwear. “There’s even room for a fishing rod,” assures Kuhnle, referring to the fish-rich waters of the Lake District. The small boats can be rented starting at €6 (rowboat) or €20 (recreational boats).
